Broekman Project Services is located in the Port of Rotterdam and offers a total solution for handling and assembly of project cargoes.
The Terminal has a quay length of 280meters and offers a guaranteed draft of 10,5meters, which allows almost all types of Breakbulk and Heavy-Lift vessels to call at our berth. Devoted to the Heavy-Lift Industry, we facilitate a Heavy-Lift Center equipped with overhead cranes with a lifting capacity up to 750 metric tons and is ideally used for storage or assembly of heavy-lift and “out-of-gauge” units.
We also arrange packing of every type of cargo according to all required standards. Other value added services are, amongst others: assembling, modification and lashing services. The Heavy Lift Center can also be used for so-called Marshalling. This means we collect parts of a project from different parts of the world, put them together and thereafter dispatch them as one whole project.
Our in-house Forwarding Department holds a membership of the World Project group and operates as an independent Shipping & Forwarding company, focusing on worldwide transportation of Breakbulk, Heavy-Lift and Project Cargoes:
